Privacy in Federal Collectivism is no different than privacy in a monetary system. All transactions are traceable and none are anonymous, unless the marginal cost is low enough. Intrinsic costs still need to be tracked. One possible metric is production hours. Volunteer hours are a limited resource. Specialist volunteer hours are enough more limited. Another factor to consider is the usage of land or scarce materials. So society assigns a nominal cost to raw resources, hours and land usage. Organizations which produce goods and services are monitored for efficiency in using those resources and land. The landowner is the local community and the tenant is the organization. Raw materials are managed by the state. Each individual is accountable for their responsible consumption of goods and services, but there is no concept of disposable income, nor of debt or individual wealth. Accommodation is assigned on the basis of need.
